 We value our services to you and ultimately your satisfaction. We will repair/change your nails within 3 business days of your service visit when you call to schedule a return visit. In most cases, we will be able to repair your damaged nail(s) on the spot. However, during periods where our salon is booked/busy we will fit you in as soon as possible.

All other repair/changes requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 

All Gift Card Purchases are final. 

To ensure we are able to support both our waiting list and online booking clients, we allow cancelations up to 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time free of charge. However, cancelations made within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a $25.00 Cancelation Fee.  

If you are a no show/no call, we will automatically impose our cancellation fee of $25.00.
