We value our services to you and ultimately your satisfaction. We will repair/change your nails within 3 business days of your service visit when you call to schedule a return visit. In most cases, we will be able to repair your damaged nail(s) on the spot. However, during periods where our salon is booked/busy we will fit you in as soon as possible.
All other repair/changes requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
All Gift Card Purchases are final.
To ensure we are able to support both walk-in and online booking clients, we allow cancelations up to 1 hour prior to your scheduled appointment time.
If you are a no show/no call, we will automatically impose our cancellation fee of 15% of your scheduled booking service.
To take advantage of any of our current promotions, you must indicate the promotion code you want to use when booking your next appointment in person or via phone.
When booking online, you must select from the available promotions for the promotion you want to use for your next visit.
Limit: Only one promotion per scheduled appointment can be used.
